Stopping Silicosis Claims from selling your details

Under California's CCPA and CPRA, plus some similar state laws, sending your details along this way may count as selling or sharing them. Once you opt out, no advertising law firm gets your details from us. The firm will also be told to stop using whatever we've already passed along.

How to opt out

Email office@silicosis.claims with "Do not sell or share" as the subject, along with the name and phone number you used with us. Someone you authorize in writing can send the request for you as well. Every request gets a reply, and we'll contact you when it's finished.

We read the Global Privacy Control setting some browsers send as an opt-out for anything gathered during that visit.
